CUHK(SZ)-Quwan Technology Joint Laboratory is a research collaboration established between the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) and Quwan Technology, in response to the national initiative for advancing high-quality productivity. The aim is to leverage the strengths and resources of both parties in the field of artificial intelligence, focusing on cutting-edge research and development as well as commercial transformation related to generative audio large models. Specifically, this laboratory concentrates on supporting multilingual speech cloning and translation technologies. It aims to generate editable audio with exceptional natural timbre, rhythm, and mood in a cost-effective manner while ensuring high efficiency. By creating industry-leading generative audio models that yield innovative outcomes with international influence, this joint effort contributes significantly towards promoting the high-quality development of the cultural industry.
