The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shenzhen Fengyi Technology Co., Ltd have established the "Joint Laboratory of Intelligent Retail" to leverage their technological and talent resources. This lab will address key operational challenges in unmanned retail, such as assortment optimization, inventory optimization, and logistics planning. The lab will be led by Prof. Wang Zizhuo, Associate Dean of the School of Data Science, and Prof. Gao Pin as Deputy Director of the lab.
