CUHK(SZ) – Boyaleap Joint Lab is established on September 2022. The joint laboratory is led by A/P Zhenglong Sun and A/P Zhuoran Zhang as the director and deputy director respectively, and Dr. Chunming Guo from the Boyaleap as the chief consultant.

In order to actively respond to the national development strategy of "seed industry revitalization", the joint laboratory aims to develop effective methods and solutions for embryo engineering automation in the modern livestock industry. The lab will set up an R&D team and cooperate with the Boyaleap company, to explore robotics and AI technologies in developing automation equipment and devices in embryo engineering tasks, such as embryo transfer and in-vivo collection of eggs and embryos.
