Longgang District Millimeter Wave and Terahertz Integrated Circuit Key Laboratory
This laboratory aims to carry out innovative research on the basic theory and application technology in the field of millimeter wave and terahertz integrated circuits, focusing on the application requirements of 5G high-frequency millimeter wave and the development trend of 6G communication technology in the future. Professor Dong Li, a fellow of IEEE, served as the academic leader of the laboratory, and Professor Liang Wu, a candidate of Guangdong Pearl River talent program (young top talent), served as the director of the laboratory. The research backbone includes Junting Chen (associate researcher title), the winner of the national key talent program (Youth Project), Shiyuan Zheng, Zhenglong Sun (associate researcher title), Dongxu Ji (intermediate title), Xiaoguang Li and Kai Zhang, a total of six young doctors. The core team members composed of laboratory directors and research backbones are engaged in research work in related professional fields such as integrated circuits and communication systems, with an average age of 35.
