Abstract:
Data analytics is the frontier basic research direction of industrial intelligence and one of the driving forces to promote scientific development. Systems optimization is the core basic theory of decision-making in smart industry, as well as the heart and engine of data analytics.
This talk will discuss some systems modeling methods, data analytics and optimization solution methods that we have been working on, and their applications in production management, quality control and optimization, as well as environmental and energy optimization.
First, a MCIS enterprise-wide production management system is constructed, in which the circulation of production, logistics and energy across different manufacturing departments within an industrial enterprise are investigated. Second, a hierarchical quality technology system (PDDE) is constructed. The PDDE system consists of four levels, including quality perception, quality discovery, product quality design, process design and optimization. Finally, MCIS eco-system analytics and optimization is discussed, which focuses on the systematic optimization and mechanism design for high emission enterprises, concerning on the perception of carbon footprint, analytics of carbon emission patterns, process optimization carbon reduction, as well as carbon capture and utilization.
