Executive Assistant - Registry Office (Ref. 2025/058/01)
Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in timetabling and course registration;
2. Handle routine student consultations and applications;
3. Manage data collection and maintenance with systems;
4. Support the development of systems;
5. Liaise with academics and other schools/departments within the University; and
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. At least 1-year post-qualification administrative or relevant experience, preferably with experience on academic and teaching support in tertiary institutions;
3. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
4. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to perform tasks accurately and precisely;
5. Good communication and organization skills, combined with a solution-oriented mindset and good analytical abilities;
6. A strong sense of responsibility and initiative; ability to work independently when required, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating strong team spirit; and
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software to enhance work efficiency.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
