Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Provide personalized career counseling and guidance services to students;
2.Organize and lead career development seminars and workshops;
3.Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners to provide students with internship and job opportunities;
4.Assist students in preparing job application materials, including resumes and interview skills;
5.Track and analyze student career development data to assess service effectiveness and make improvements;
6.Collaborate across teams to provide comprehensive educational and career development support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, at least 5 years working experience;
2.In-depth understanding of higher education and the job market, working experience in campus recruitment or oversea study consultancy is preferred;
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and partners;
4.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
5.Proficiency in office software and career development-related tools;
6.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
