Executive Officer (Administrative Affairs) – Harmonia College (Ref. 2025/079/01)
Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the college’s general administrative affairs, including the management of cultural facilities, production of publications and operation of the official website, etc;
2. Handle administrative tasks of the college office, including receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, drafting work reports, and reviewing emails in both Chinese and English;
3. Lead the student scholarships and honors program of the college;
4. Participate in the management of college-related student organizations, including but not limited to alumni associations, sports clubs, etc., and assist in the organization of large-scale college events;
5. Undertake other responsibilities assigned by superiors; working during non-office hours will be needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of work experience in higher education preferred;
2. Excellent Chinese and English writing and communication skills;
3. Ability to work independently, proactively, and resourcefully, and responsible for completing tasks diligently;
4. Full of enthusiasm for the education cause, with a high sense of ownership, responsibility, and teamwork spirit;
5. Proficient in using MS Office, Excel, PPT, and other office software;
6. Candidates with experience in publication editing and student award and disciplinary handling will be prioritized.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
