工作职责:

1. 负责3000张床位的重大医院项目建设的安装工程相关工作的管理与协调;

2. 对内管理、协调安装专业的各项工作,争取质量最优,确保合格;与医学院团队、学校各需求部协调,落实具体要求;

岗位背景介绍

目前我校行政事务处管理的食堂有四家,其中下园三家:乐天楼一楼食堂以大众餐为主,搭配扒饭、麻辣烫、面食,就餐区面积约540平方米,座位约450个;乐天楼二楼食堂以港式茶餐厅为主,搭配粉面和部分特色餐,配有水吧,同时提供包房的围餐接待服务,就餐区面积约540平方米,座位约320个;学生中心一楼美食广场,就餐区面积约1300平方米,座位约容纳700多个,以多家档口、多种风格为经营特色,档口主要包括各地特色餐、铁板、烤鱼、粉面、水果、简餐等;上园一家:学勤食堂,主要以大众餐为主,搭配面食、盖浇饭、水煮系列等,就餐区面积约600平方米,座位约300个。另外还有一家由逸夫书院自行管理的大众食堂。

2019年下半年开始,大学还会逐步新增多个餐饮供应点,均由行政事务处直接管理,包括下园的学生中心二楼食堂(大众餐)、上园的思廷书院食堂(广式茶楼及大众餐)和祥波书院食堂(西餐厅)。

我校食堂全部为外包,本岗位人员需要对各家餐饮公司的日常运作进行严格监管,包括与各家食堂之间的协调和配合,并对餐饮价格的制定和变动进行监控;对各食堂的建设和发展及时给出指导意见,确保为我校师生提供优质的餐饮服务;同时,也需要与财务处商务组配合完成各项餐饮相关的招标工作,与各书院办公室保持有效的沟通和协调,确保校园内的餐饮服务能覆盖到校内每个区域,满足不同人群的多元化需求。

工作职责:

1. 配合餐饮主管制订并实施大学餐饮管理的工作计划和日常监管办法,对大学餐饮的日常运营进行监督管理,确保为师生提供优质高效的餐饮服务;

2. 配合餐饮主管对餐饮供应商的各项规章制度及服务程序、标准进行审核并督导其落实;

3. 配合餐饮主管做好与其他各部门针对餐饮问题的沟通和协调配合工作;

4.食堂及商户水电气费付款通知制作并检查;

5. 与供应商的费用往来对账、核算及财务报销;

6. 食堂及商户满意度调查实施及结果收集整理;

7.食堂固定资产管理;

8.行政管理系统资料更新及广东省学校食品安全管理系统检查。

9.食堂及商户信息在官网及公众号的及时更新。

10.其他相关部门团队工作的支持和配合。

1. 大专以上学历,受过相关餐饮管理培训或有相关餐饮工作经验,执有食品安全管理员证者优先考虑;

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supporting lab construction and development for different programs;

2. Coordinating the communications with related departments in terms of lab construction and development;

3. Assisting the management of labs and providing necessary support on lab utilization;

4. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree or above;

2. At least 1 year post-qualification project management or lab management experience, preferably with tertiary institutions;

3. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese;

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and information technology;

5. Strong communication and management skills;

6. Capability for working independently when required and as part of an integrated team in a fast-paced environment.
